Yorimasa was the son of Lord Kiyori and Sadako.

Yorimasa expected to become Lord of Akaoka, but his father told him that he would not be his successor. Yorimasa, who was a drug addict and sexual predator, became even more rebellious.
He was wed to Midori when she was underage. When realized how young she was he attempted suicide but Midori helped save him. He later came to love her. She bore Genji but the birth weakened her. After Midori failed to survive her second pregnancy, Yorimasa returned to drug use, which eventually killed him.
